Rooted here

Rooted here

Our family has worked this land for generations. Long before the restaurant opened, we were already planting, raising animals and harvesting in Quingeo. That way of living the countryside is what we share with you in every dish.

Natural farming

We farm the way it has always been done in the countryside: with organic compost made right here, no chemicals, and following the rhythm of each season. Well-cared-for land gives its best, and you can taste it in every dish.
